Yes — the minimum order for delivery depends on your postal code and is shown at checkout. Pickup has no minimum.02Can I change an order after placing it?

You'll receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of payment. You can also see live status under My Account → Orders.04Do I need an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest with just an email address.

Yes. After placing the order we'll send you the Bizum number and the order reference; once we confirm receipt, your order moves to confirmed.07Will I get a receipt?
Yes — your TicketBAI tax receipt is issued at the moment of delivery or pickup, from the shop's till. The web order confirmation is an order summary, not a tax receipt.

Yes. Available time slots are shown at checkout and depend on the date you pick.11What if I'm not home when you deliver?
We'll contact you to reschedule. Repeated missed attempts may incur a second-attempt fee.12Where can I pick up an order?
From our shop in Orio. The pickup address and opening hours are on the order confirmation.

Article 103 TRLGDCU excludes goods that deteriorate rapidly from the right of withdrawal. We will still refund or replace fresh goods that arrive damaged or unsuitable.15How fast are refunds?
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Card refunds typically show in 2-5 business days.16What if goods arrive damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll replace or refund at no cost.

Only if you tick the marketing-opt-in box. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email or in your account settings.20What data do you keep about me?
Orders for the period required by tax law (6 years), your contact details while your account is active, and marketing consent records until you withdraw consent. See the Privacy Policy.
Products, Quality & Allergens

We tag each product with its origin and certification. Look for the 'Local' and 'Organic' chips on the catalogue.22Where can I see allergen information?
Each product page lists allergens in line with EU Regulation 1169/2011. Contact us if any information is unclear.23What about use-by dates?
Perishable goods are picked fresh; we aim to deliver with at least 2-3 days remaining on the use-by date.24What if a product is out of stock when picking?
We'll contact you and offer a substitute or refund the line item.
